Midsummer’s Eve (“Sankt Hans”) is celebrated with bonfires and community events throughout Denmark. Find out where to join a Midsummer Eve events in the Esbjerg Area (not necessarily all places will have Sankt Hans this year due to COVID-19 restrictions.). If you attend a Midsummer´s Eve event place be aware of maintaining precautions to prevent spread of COVID-19 (Keep minimum 1 meter distance and secure good hygiene including use of sanitiser)
 

June 23rd 2020, 5.30 pm. you can take part in a Skt. Hans event by Kvaglund Church, Kvaglundparken 18, Esbjerg Ø. Bring your own food for the bbq. There will be a grill, everyone will dine together (with 1 meter distance), singing and a bonfire.

June 23rd 2020, 2-10 pm., @Dokken Beach, Dokken 16, Esbjerg. Hang out at the Dokken beach area with the option of food from a food truck and music with a nice atmosphere for both adults and children. Make sure to keep minimum 1 meter distance and keep good hygiene/use sanitiser. (There will not be a traditional Sankt Hans bon-fire)
