The authorities yesterday announced that Denmark will gradually reopen. The Ministry of health announced that there are still lots of COVID-19 infections in Denmark with the omicron variant, but there are not a lot hospitalized nor being severely ill.

From this Sunday museums, cinemas, amusement parks, zoos, aquariums can re-open. Also concerts and sports events indoor with seated audience will be possible with up to 500 participants.

The Corona passport will still be a requirement to enter cultural events, cafes etc.

Restaurants will still have to close latest at 11 pm. and night clubs will remain closed for now. The plan for the next step in the re-opening is Jan 31st.
